The resistor values in the above schematic will give a gain of 2 and a Q of 5 at frequencies of 31.25, 62.5, 125, 250, 500, 1000, 2000, 4000, 8000 and 16000 cps.

10-band Audio Bandpass Filter PCB Technical Information
Our audio bandpass filter is ideal for designing your own equalizer with one channel of 10 frequencies, as a building block for an audio spectrum analyzer, for control of a maximum of 10 devices via frequency or for other uses where a 10-band audio filter is needed.
Circuit design: Multiple-Feedback Bandpass Filter
Design frequencies: The base design is for frequencies at octave spacing, starting at 31.25cps and going up to 16000cps. The usual frequencies in cps are: 31.25, 62.5, 125, 250, 500, 1000, 2000, 4000, 8000 and 16000cps. However, other frequencies, Q and gain are available to meet customer requirements.
Frequency accuracy: Plus-or-minus 2% of center frequency (using 1% resistors and matched capacitors).
Frequency response of the filter is +/-0.4db from 31 cps to 16kcs.
Designed Filter Q: As per customer request up to a maximum Q of 10
With a signal input of 100mv the preamplifier gain plus filter gain is a maximum 28db when the frequency of the input signal is tuned to the frequency of the individual filter. The preamp gain may be controlled by the on-board POT.
Input impedance at 1kc is >150,000 ohms

Power: On-board "rail splitter" circuit allows the use of a single polarity power supply (20 to 24 VDC at 100 ma) while having the advantages of a dual rail power source to the TL074 chips.
